By placing an order on this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Products
We sell new pneumatic mining, construction, and demolition tools and genuine spare parts. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. OEM part numbers are provided as reference only — compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is shipped. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, ACH direct debit, Klarna, Affirm, and Amazon Pay. Payment is collected at the time of order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from Boca Raton, FL. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or lost packages once a valid tracking number has been issued.

6. Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Florida in accordance with Florida state law. International buyers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC Tools USA and Mincon Tools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
