At MC Tools USA we stand behind the quality of every tool and spare part we sell. Here is how returns work.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return
- Email info@mctoolsusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Ship the item back using a trackable carrier.
Do not ship items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required for clearly defective items.
Spare Parts
Spare parts must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return. We strongly recommend verifying part compatibility before installation. We cannot accept returns on installed parts.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred on the return shipment. We cannot refund original international shipping costs.
